Reduced Fee Schedule

Lawyers joining the JusticeNet Program offer their services at reduced fees according to JusticeNet's reduced fee schedule. JusticeNet's “Standard Rate Fee Schedule” is a sliding scale of reduced fees, ranging from $100 – 150 per hour, depending on a client's net family income and number of dependants.

The current "Standard Rate Fee Schedule" is as follows:

Above and beyond the selection of the standard rate fee schedule, participating lawyers are afforded the apportunity to be of service to persons in distress or in particularly difficult financial circumstances. Under such cases, the lawyer can provide services according to the "Special Case Fee Schedule", which is a sliding scale of percentage discounts of 50 - 80% off a lawyer’s full fees according to a client’s net family income and number of dependants. Client qualification remains in the participating lawyer’s sole discretion.
