Fee structure

Lawyers joining the JusticeNet Program offer their services at reduced fees according to JusticeNet's reduced fee schedule. JusticeNet's “Standard Rate Fee Schedule” is a sliding scale of reduced fees, ranging from $100 – 150 per hour, depending on a client's net family income and number of dependants.

The current "Standard Rate Fee Schedule" is as follows:

Under particular circumstances of acute financial or personal distress, participating lawyers may agree to accept your case according to the "Special Case Fee Schedule" which offers discounts of 50 - 80% off a lawyer's standard rates. If you feel your circumstances qualify for this fee schedule, you should ask your selected lawyer about your eligibility. Your eligibility for this fee schedule remains in the participating lawyer’s sole discretion.
