Justice Net Launched

Toronto, September 29, 2009

We are excited to announce that Justice Net was launched today, starting in the province of Ontario.

Justice Net is a national not-for-profit program dedicated to promoting access to justice for low- and moderate-income Canadians.

The service is comprised of committed lawyers who recognize the current crisis of access to justice in the Canadian legal system, and who devote a portion of their practice to qualified cases of low- and moderate-income clients.

“Our justice system will be further strengthened with the introduction of the JusticeNet program, as it will serve to complement existing access to justice programs intended for people who do not qualify for legal aid.”
