Paralegals
JusticeNet is available to qualified individuals for a variety of legal services which may be performed by licensed paralegals. Areas of law for paralegals currently covered in the JusticeNet Program are:
- Administrative tribunals — representation before various administrative tribunals, including the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB), the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal’s Automobile Accident Benefits Service (LAT-AABS) for accident-benefit disputes.

- Notary public
- Provincial offences — quasi-criminal cases in the Ontario Court of Justice under the Provincial Offences Act
