She conducted her first criminal trial within a few weeks following her Call to Bar.
She has conducted several bail hearings, special bail hearings, preliminary inquiry hearings, CPT’s, JPT’s, etc.
She has represented family law clients in case conferences, motions, settlement conferences, trial management conferences, etc. She has also settled matters by way of agreements and mediation.
Charlotte has been designated as a U of T Scholar, named to the Dean's List each consecutive year of her studies and was a recipient of numerous academic awards.
Charlotte gained practical legal experience by working many years as a Student-at-Law and subsequently completing her Articling at a Criminal Defence and Family Law firm in Thornhill, ON.
