Other costs
Each client will be evaluated financially and charged hourly based on their individual Notices of Assessment for the previous year. In order to be considered, potential clients must provide their Notice of Assessment. At least one of the two clients in a mediation must qualify for JusticeNet. If one client does not qualify financially, they will be charged a private rate of $175 per hour.
