About Hiba
Hiba is a dedicated family law lawyer with a law degree from Mumbai University and a Certificate in Foundations of Canadian Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. During her articles, she focused exclusively on family law. She joined Soica & Associates, a boutique family law firm, where she currently represents family law clients, experienced across various courts in the GTA and the nearing municipalities. The firm’s policy is that “clients can anticipate receiving a response from our lawyers within a day, or sooner if urgent”. Hiba has experience and can represent clients in family law case conferences, motions, trials, and negotiations.
Hiba has volunteered with the Human Rights Law Network, enhancing her commitment to justice and human rights.
