- I offer free consultations. My fee structure is charged per hour at a rate of $175/hour plus HST for the intake sessions and mediation sessions. I also charge 1.5 hours for writing the agreement and 1 hour for reviewing financial statements and drafting the Net Family Property Equalization Statement.
