I am a dual-jurisdiction legal professional with more than 25 years of experience in legal practice, academia, and advisory roles. I am licensed as a Barrister and Solicitor in Ontario and have previously been licensed and practiced law in Iran. My background includes extensive experience in litigation, civil procedure, arbitration, and dispute resolution across a wide range of legal matters. I hold a Ph.D. in International Law, with a research focus on fair trial standards and civil justice systems, as well as an LL.M. in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
