Persons referred by JusticeNet, and able to document their net family household income is billed based upon the sliding fee scale of JusticeNet, plus HST & disbursements. Initial consultation is billable, but if retained, I credit the fee paid for the consultation to the retainer. Work does not begin / continue until the required retainer is paid or replenished, if necessary, upfront.

About Pearl

My practice is located in the Broadview and Danforth area of east downtown Toronto. I hold a B.A. from McGill University, a Dipl. in Ed., a P1 License as a paralegal in Ontario and a certificate from the Ministry of the Attorney General as a Notary Public. In fact, I interned as a paralegal student at JusticeNet. I offer "unbundled services" - where you can hire me to perform only the stages of your case you do not feel comfortable to do yourself - and thus, of course, pay only for the hours I work on whatever it is you hire me to do. Beware, that one mistake in paperwork for the LTB can lead to your case being dismissed at the Tribunal at the start of the hearing and the whole process re-starts from the beginning. you MUST have an appointment. M-F. 10 am-7 pm.
