Ms. Roxanna Cian

Roxanna practices at Soica & Associates, a boutique family law firm. She earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science and specialized in Legal Studies before completing her Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School. Roxanna’s passion for supporting families began early in her academic journey - during her time at Osgoode, she gained extensive experiential learning through Pro Bono Students Canada and the Osgoode Mediation Clinic, where she developed a strong foundation in client-centered advocacy. Roxanna further specialized her Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall in Dispute Resolution, culminating in a publishable paper examining the practical realities of mediation. Roxanna's work is guided by a deep sense of compassion and empathy, which she brings to every interaction. Roxanna has experience in negotiations and litigation, including conferences, motions and trial preparation.
