- Free 30 minute initial individual virtual/or phone consultation with each party to screen for eligibility of mediation, domestic violence, and issues at hand. Mediation Rates: $100.00 per hour with a max of $500 for a full day mediation.

Mediation is a full service process that is used to resolve parenting, child or spousal support and property issues all pertaining to separation and divorce.
Mediation has become very popular since Covid as the court systems are backed up, and the court process typically takes 3-6 years to complete a separation agreement that parties are agreeable too.
Mediation speaks to your families individual needs. I ensure all details are spoken to. I detail every holiday, and any dates that are important to your family, religion, and lifestyle. As a mediator, I believe it is very important to carve out anything, specifically in the separation agreement that could be misinterpreted in the future. I want to help you and your ex partner get through this time as amicably as possible. I believe that if children are involved, no matter their ages, it is crucial that the parents remain kind and respectful.
