In order to apply for a reduced rate from a professional that you found on JusticeNet’s online directory, you must create a “Reduced Fee Application”. A “Reduced Fee Application” contains your information, your selected professional’s details, and the calculated reduced hourly rate. You generate this form by clicking on the “Select Professional” button in the professional’s profile page. Once you click on the “Create form” button, a PDF version of the “Reduced Fee Application” form is generated. This PDF document is emailed to you and your selected professional. Please make sure to print this form out and take it with you when meeting with your professional. The form must be completed and signed by both parties before coming into effect.
